Technik’s Enterprise Cloud Strategy support services are designed to optimize cost, manage risks and accelerate the transformation journey. Our team helps organizations navigate through the complexities (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, DaaS) and builds a roadmap for success from planning and acquisition to implementation and operation. “As-Is” Architecture Analysis: Technik works with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to document and validate the current architecture and perform assessments of the landscape and on-going issues to determine and prioritize the candidates for transition.

“To-Be” Architecture Development: Based on the specific requirements, goals and objectives, Technik develops the end-state “To-Be” architecture to enable analysis and impact assessments.

Gap Analysis, Roadmap and Recommendations: Technik works to identify the gaps between “As-Is” architecture and “To-Be” architecture across people, process and technology needs. We identify improvement opportunities to build a roadmap for successful transition, operation and sustenance of services on cloud.
