Technik, an 8(a) small business IT and professional services firm, who offers a wide range of management consulting, technology and outsourcing services and solutions, has been awarded a 10-year $59M task to support the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Tips, Complaints, and Referrals (TCR) System, an Agency-wide system that centralizes all Tips, Complaints or Referrals received by the SEC alleging possible violations of the Federal securities laws and regulations thereunder. The second award of the week that went to Technik is a 10-year $55M Securities and Exchange Commission, System for Workflow Activity support task. They beat out one other bidder to secure this task win. Both tasks were competed as small business set-aside actions using the SEC One IT IDIQ.
Technik is a familiar face to the SEC, having supported numerous efforts ranging from providing software development and network engineering support, to providing support staff at the SEC in the areas of: data mining; data dictionaries; policy, procedures and training manuals; database batch/stored procedure code; web page and client/server code; and briefings, training and assessments.
